We have been
conducting business meetings and house owner meetings in YMCA, Chennai. India
in May 25th 2015 we started receiving applications to book homes and
business proposals. We would like to start the building construction by 2018
and complete by 2020. Investors are having good opportunity to get involved in
business and continually get revenue in business and house sales.

A
healthy residential construction industry is the Christian Communication
Centre; it has appointing 220 workers for the construction department. We are
creating construction equipment according to our needs, rest of the rental
which is not often used. It will help us to gain trust from the customers and
continue the service in the construction industry. We would like to create
bricks chambers, buying land to get sand, cement and rest of the basic raw
materials we are buying from whole retailers.
Building Position
Christian Communication Centre Pvt Ltd will position
itself as a construction builder that can offer a lower environmental impact
over the entire building life-cycle with superior quality and lower costs as
compared to other builders. Environmentally conscious customers will be very
impressed by the life-cycle approach CENTRE is uniquely positioned to offer.
The southeastern markets will be a first move, looking to aggressively enter the ripe housing
market. CENTRE will use the following methods to position ourselves
effectively.
Capital Requirements
As explained in
the Operations section, our capital investment is minimal. We will require
enough working capital to provide for:
- Buying the land is the basic needs for this project, we need to buy 37 Acre at a cost of $388,725,000 (U.S)
- Initial amount of $3,906,252 will be used for the manufacturing construction equipment.
- We need skilled and semi-skilled staff nearly 220 members allowance for two years nearly $ 470,544. and total staffing investment requires nearly $5,569,200
- After completing Shopping Mall building $265,625,000 need.
- The total expected amount required for the project is about $777,450,000 (U.S)
Funding Needs
Shopping Mall
investor: We need to start up Shopping Mall first and then Apartment required
strengthening our investment root to return on investment in a short period.
